Miami, FL, February 25, 2011.– (F & F Media Corp.) He captured international attention performing next to renowned Greek pianist and composer Yanni in the two-hour spectacular “Voices.” But “the time has come for a solo album,” said Venezuelan artist Ender Thomas, whose debut album will be available next April. |
The artist chose 14 songs that reflect the best of his musical heritage, and he turned to his mentor, Yanni, for most of the musical arrangements. |
“It’s what is generally called ‘world music,’ however, if you pay close attention, you will hear a very Latin sound because I can’t give up my roots,” said Ender. |
Even though this is his solo debut, Ender has had years of experience on the international musical stage: he has worked on albums with Ricardo Arjona and Alejandro Sanz, as well as with musicians like A.B. Quintanilla (“A.B Quintanilla`s All Stars: La vida de un genio”) and Juanes (during the World Cup in South Africa in 2010). He has also shared the stage with luminaries like Shakira, Black Eyed Peas andAlicia Keys. |
Once more, Ender shows his amazing talent performing songs from “Voices,” such as “Silencio,” “Ritual de amor” (Desire), “Mi todo eres tú” (Last Moment) and “Bajo el cielo de noviembre.” |
The CD, published by CdA Group, G-89 Music and Yanni-Wake Entertainment, the latter under the direction of Rick Wake, will be available on April 19. |
